Davia is a past President of the International Coaching Federation Australasia. She has experience leading businesses and community organisations. This includes as business manager for an engineering services and labour hire business and Chairperson of Yinnar Art Resource Collective.
Davia combines her leadership experiences with a comprehensive coaching career to bring understanding, awareness and a creative perspective to developing teams and leaders. Her coaching approach is to develop a partnership that enables space for confidential reflection, strategising ways of working, building relationships, and refining change processes.
Her creative background in fashion, textiles, ceramics, and painting brings a design thinking and explorative mindset to her coaching.
