As well as being our Program Director leading program design and working with clients to deliver effective development solutions, Sean is an accomplished team and leadership coach, and a very engaging facilitator.
Sean has diverse experience across industries ranging from facilities management to not for profit community services. This has seen him lead and manage a diverse range of teams and stakeholders through complex projects and business transformation. All that experience now supports the work he does coaching and facilitating team and leadership development for the not-for-profit sector.
Combining experience in business development, project management, team leadership, and strategy, he delivers value through knowing how to deliver organisational transformation. His approach to combining individual development with whole team perspectives means that a return on investment in development initiatives is amplified. His approach is to deliver practical solutions that deliver maximum impact through improved work performance and work environments.
